Learn to be Creative

All the human beings have an innate ability to be creative. It is our system that is deleting this quality in our individuals.

I will recommend reading of Out of Ours Minds by Sir Ken Robinson

“We will not succeed in navigating the complex environment of the future by peering relentlessly into a rear view mirror. To do so, we would be out of our minds.”

In order to survive in future years, the most important skill will be creativity. The book written by Sir Robinson give teacher and individuals a guideline to keep this skill alive.

Role of education in nurturing creativity is both positive and negative. Positive in the sense that education is a mean to nurture creativity among individuals, however more recently system of education is being considered as killer of creativity. The education systems around the globe are facing a big challenge to keep balance between need of conformity ( to keep economies running ) and creativity ( obviously again to keep economies running).

This situation has placed the teacher at central point of education system for nurturing creative skills among students keeping them enabled to adjust in status quo of the market.
