The process of staffing is long and complicated requiring a lot of efforts and energy at the part of human resource department. But let us look on the other side of coin; how it feels like giving an interview. Many time the individuals are scrutinized based on CV's submitted by applicant. Later, they are called for interview, however, the process of interview seems inhuman and miserable. Many times there is no management/ panel to applicant time allocation ratio. There is no or less place to sit, no tea/ food is served and top on that there is no respect for time of applicant. The individuals are called to not only report on a fixed time but also the late arrivals are treated bad. The process of attendance and document preparation starts later, and the candidates are advised to wait...vola!!!! The TikTok starts now...the seconds, minutes and hours are wasted in the waiting line without knowing the results. The organization and interview panels who cannot respect the time and energy of candidate, can never be expected to respect their own resources. They are selecting sheep to slaughter in the name of so called policy and process. They are selecting a slave with all his times and energies to achieve their targets.
At the time of interview, the organizations with thier management set the tone of future employee, their level of respect for values of organizations, their commitment to organization and future benefits an organization can achieve from it employees.
