From teacher to trainer: Where is missing link

The teaching take place through dissemination of knowledge or delivery of the content. However, hands on activities help students to learn more about the concept. Learning process that involve students, focusing on development of specific skill is carried out through workshops. The teachers are considered as deliverer of knowledge as well as enablers to train on specific skills or trainers. Though there is fine line between two concepts, however, the grey area is always present where teachers are considered as teachers and trainers alike. To maintain this title, it is responsibility of teacher education programs to develop both skills among students. Keeping this in view, the course of entrepreneurship lab is designed in a way that is develop skills of students as trainers. During the process of this learning activity, the students will plan, design and execute the workshops on their own choices.
This course also focuses on development of entrepreneurial skills of students. They will treat this workshop as small venture; they will bring a novel idea or at least a saleable idea. They will design the product, they will find and manage resources, they will market that product and will generate revenue out of it.
While planning this activity for the course, I found few websites that can serve as guide for designing a workshop.
